A minimum amount of noradrenalin was needed (0.4 mg/h) since the patient was receiving dobutamine 20 mg/h. The lactate level drops. Diuresis had not appeared so far. Normal blood gas exchange during mechanical ventilation (BiPAP).

 

Check ultrasonography was performed after 2 hours; haemodynamics was re-assessed first:
