An 82-year-old patient has undergone femoropopliteal bypass. Support of circulation by the administration of noradrenaline has been necessary since the end of the operation. Even though the patient receives volume therapy, his condition does not improve.

History of coronary artery bypass graft 25 years ago and PCI of RIA and stem of the left coronary artery 3 years ago.

Neither dyspnea nor chest pain is present. ECG shows ventricular pacing rhythm. Oliguria of approximately 30 ml/h is also of concern.
