This case links up to the case 29. Patient after CPR, Part I.
We continued to administer heparin. Slightly elevated troponin T (46 ng/ml) and significant elevation of D-dimers (7000 ng/l), low inflammatory markers and severe lactate acidosis were observed. The patient suffers from repetitive generalised clonic seizures; pupils are mydriatic without reaction to light stimulation.
